Refunds will be considered only if the client is dissatisfied due to reasons directly related to the scope or quality of the consulting services provided.

No refunds are available for services that have been fully delivered and accepted or for advisory consultations provided in good faith.

Once reviewed, accepted refund requests will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Any services provided under special agreements, contracts, or retainers may have separate refund terms specified within those agreements.

Consulting services that include customized financial plans or project-specific deliverables are generally non-refundable once delivered.
